Work Out: light walking(45 minutes), light strength training (10 minutes) 

Foods devoured today:

Banana : 100 calories
Pop Secret Popcorn : 100 colories
Tiny bag of beef jerky : 150 calories
Sushi Restaurant Crab Roll & Seafood Soup : 500 combined
Panera Bread Half-Caesar Salad and Cream of Chicken soup : 750 calories combined

Total: 1600


I'm not feeling well, and will likely be calling out tomorrow. This isn't because of dieting, I think it's just a good ole fashioned stomach flu thing. 


But the good news is I got Episode 1 of my once a week Vlog up on youtube. The plan is to wrap up production every Sunday and post the videos Sunday or Monday nights. The quality will go up as I figure out how to use my equipment, it was a lot of fun doing what little I did in this video. I have a lot plans for Hot to Con, and it will be a blast.

  1. I feel that the word you were looking for there at the end was "accept," rather than "except." You meant that you accept dirty pictures in exchange for blogging services.

    In that case, I will be sure to send you some of myself... Unless you would like to revise that to say "I also accept dirty pics, except of Adam Jones."
