There's a very sharp and very painful sting reemerging from my right leg. Really it's near my right thigh, and it's not fun at all. Last time I had this pain my girlfriend at the time took me to an immediate care clinic and they gave me a shot of something near the right butt cheek and the pain was gone, and I thought it was gone for good.
A few short months have passed, and the pain is back and I fear I may have to see a real doctor. Which I hate, but if they tell me any of my problems are caused by obesity I'll point them to this site and tell them to shut up and stick me with a needle. I'm going to bed early, no work outs, will try to stretch the leg out and we'll see if the pain lessens.
A few people have pointed out that tracking my weight daily isn't a good idea, and I'm carefully considering it, though I must admit I've grown quite attached to ipad app I have which charts out my progress.
You may not know this about me, but I love charts. Stats are my thang, they're my bread and butter, and without doing something that involves numbers I fear what my life may become. How could I walk around life unsure where I stood yesterday and unable to trend for the entire week? Madness. That's pure madness.
I was born to be an accountant, but I only love MY numbers, so that's that.
So here's a cheer to you out there tonight, where ever you are, reading this and wondering if I'll ever get back to writing about aliens and laser beams. The toast is made via bottled water, and during my vacation next week maybe I'll sing you a tune.
What kind of athletic shoes are you wearing? Maybe you're not getting proper arch support. I would think both legs would hurt, but since your right side dominate you may be feeling it there first.
ReplyDeleteI just don't know, on my vacation next week I'll likely see a doctor. Or at the very least I'll whine about not wanting to see a doctor and get very close to doing so but chicken out at the last minute.
