Lean Pocket : 260 calories
Waffle House 2 grilled chickens and 4 eggs over medium  : 800 Calories ? 
Kroger Brand Beef Jerky : 150 Calories
QT Turkey on wheat Sub: 340 Calories 

Total: 1550 calories


I have been posting daily, but irregularly, and that is because I'm on vacation. Time is weird when you're on vacation. For instance, at this very moment it's friday but until I sleep I believe it to be Thursday. I wouldn't even know tomorrow(today) is Friday if it weren't for some previously scheduled stuffs. Next week things will be back to normalcy, and with it I think my weight loss will come back to regularity. 

I've been doing, what I call but I'm sure there's a scientific name for it, sling shot-ing. Where my weight will be steady with only a decimal point up or down and then one day BAM! I lose 3 or 4 pounds. I notice that only happens when I'm sleeping weird or going through some new routines. When I'm on a constant schedule, weight-loss is damn near dependable and equivalent to my calorie intake and exercise output, otherwise there's no rhyme or reason to it.

I'm sure there's some logic behind it all and something a professional could explain, all I know is that when your schedule is wacky, your body gets wacky. Which is definitely the case with me. 

As working out goes, you may have noticed that I'm back on P90x, and all this week my work outs have been brutal to the say the least. This hasn't been a vacation, it's been bootcamp. It feels good, and the only problem I have with this whole healthy living thing is that results never come fast. Bootcamp is almost over, and I feel better, but I just wish I could drop 50 pounds in 5 days. Just doesn't work like that. Doesn't help that muscle weighs more than fat, so if I build muscle I don't see it in the scales. 

No matter, the results will be there. I think in my next few episodes of Hot for Con I my target the subjects on what I'm doing as far as eating and working out. I'm pouring a lot more work into this project than one might expect, and if anyone decides to do the same they may need to consult their sanity first. 

It also helps to be single and unwilling to spend large amounts of money on entertainment.
