It's Mother's day and I took mine out to eat. She enjoyed it, though there were a bunch of other mothers being taken out by their sons and daughters so the speciality of the situation might have lost its tone somehow. Regardless, buying your mom food and a card because you appreciate her is the right thing to do.
But seriously, ask anyone who knows me, I love my mother and she's a badass.
I do believe my weight is about to sling-shot down, just in time for my taping of Episode 3's progress report. I'm not sure what the medical term would be, only that my weight will hover around an zone for a few days then zoom down 2 or 3 pounds...then proceed to more hovering. Which is likely why you should only weigh yourself once per week, but screw it...I'm a scientist now. My research is like world saving kind of critical and it gives me more graph plot points.
You should see the Apps I have on the subject.
Episode 3's subject is "What do women find hot" in a man. Of course most of the women I know refuse to let me record video of them which is likely a decent stance. I did brave deep into the heart of atlanta to find someone who would answer some questions for me, and of course plenty of guys had things to say as well. So this Episode really turned into a "What do guys think women think are hot about guys" thing. I hope in the future to have a ladies only (oh yeah) show on the subject. Perhaps I can do that as we get closer to Con.
In other news, I've changed my goal weight to 180, as 200 is still considered overweight for my body type, and the point was to not be FAT anymore. I've said before that I would probably blow through 200 fairly quickly, and I think that's true enough to raise the bar. I think pretty highly of this current routine, and I can't wait to start showing some before and after photos. I see a tiny difference but to the casual observer there's nothing huge, unless you look at today's picture as opposed to Con of 2010. Side by side monthly comparisons seem to be the most effective. I didn't start taking a lot of photos until latter half of April so I'll try to figure something out.
I start back to work tomorrow, which I'm not excited about professionally but from a health and fitness point of view will be pretty awesome. Since I'll get back to my treadmill running, mountain climbing and tennis playing. This on top of P90X will likely be a bit overkill.
I'm looking to perform an ultimate fatality on Hot.
